How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and undamaged items. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective films intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Are WAVwatch timepieces water-resistant?
Yes, most of our watches are water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for everyday splashes and brief submersion, though we recommend removing them for swimming or diving.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Every WAVwatch purchase includes a 24-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal where you can monitor your package's progress in real-time.
